So I've worked out every day since Monday, although I haven't today yet, but the plan is to do it in the afternoon. Also, I've been sticking to my diet pretty well with the exception of yesterday. I could name off excuses like "it was my friend's birthday so I had cake" which is true, but I could have said no and resisted the sweet funfetti temptation buuuuttttt I didn't. Bummer. It was good tho! But super bummer. Oh well, start new today.
Another fun fact, Jillian Michael's is kicking my ass. Hopefully gonna work out today :)
Been up since 4:30am - just another day at work...woo...haha
Intake so far:
- Breakfast: shake with almond milk and frozen mixed berries
- Snack: Personal pizza
- Lunch: Cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard, dorritos, and a chocolate chip cookie & a diet coke - caffine is definitely my friend today
- Been drinking lots of water tho, wooo
Ugh conferences are so freaking hard to stick to my idea diet with the insane hours and exhausting lifestyle that it has me lead.
Okay enough bitching and moaning, I'm going back to watching Man vs. Food.
