Went to bed at 9:30 last night and didn't wake up til my alarm at 9am this morning - needless to say, I needed sleep haha. Definitely restful, and when I got out of bed I forgot how legs worked.
Today marks the first day back on the Vi Life. Today's meals included:
- Breakfast: shake with orange juice
- Lunch: from the Pub- grilled cheese, little bit of tomato soup, waffle fries and a bit of brownie for dessert
- Snack: shake (one scoop with fruit)
- Dinner: Sandella's chicken and sun dried tomato panini and sun chips
In other news, it was and still is super nice here today. It was sunny, windy, and just down right beautiful for a Steubenville summer day. It's currently 72 degrees and windy, actually a little chilly in the shade but I'll take it over the scorching heat any day.
I'm also going to be posting some inspirational fitness pictures and such at some point soon.

ReplyDeleteFeeling light-headed from not eating is usually a sign of a wheat and/or sugar addiction. It's a withdrawal symptom. When I had to go wheat-free, I had miserable headaches and felt light-headed for a week no matter what else I ate. Then after that first week, it went away and started to easily lose weight and felt totally clear headed. The only times I ever feel light-headed are when I cheat and eat wheat.
